Cross-selling and client sharing: how to make this happen?

Dear Colleague,
Cross-selling and client sharing: how to make this happen?
During challenging times it is particularly important to fully profit from the firm's potential. Cross-selling and client sharing are those magic words which seem to be more and more frequently repeated in professional services firms. How to make this happen? What are the do's and don'ts? During this seminar, we will share our experience from Magnusson and initiate a general discussion. Another goal of the meeting will be to discuss further development of Professional Marketing Forum in Poland so this event is open to members and non-members alike. In particular, we would like to encourage people who may be interested in joining me on the committee of PM Forum Poland.
We do hope you can join us!
