How to use website intelligence to maximise the return on your sales and marketing investments

pmforum Professional Marketing Forum

Dear Colleague,

How to use website intelligence to maximise the return on your sales and marketing investments

As a member of the professional services community in West Midlands, we hope that your firm will be interested in PM Forum. Please find herewith details of the next event in Birmingham. All ourevents are normally member only, but if your firm has yet to experience a PM Forum event, you may attend as a guest to gain a feel for the association.

The Event

As marketing and business development budgets slowly start to thaw, we will all be under pressure to demonstrate how our activities are delivering a return on investment.

The PM Forum in the West Midlands is delighted to welcome Edward Charvet from Trovus, who will share Trovus' latest thinking on how the innovations for measuring marketing can deliver meaningful higher returns on your sales and marketing investments. Ed will illustrate this using practical examples and will focus on easy-to-implement actions that can be readily adopted.

The seminar will start by anchoring how all professional services marketers knowingly or unknowingly use their websites as the focal point to capture the reactions from the market to any outbound communications. From there, Ed will build on how marketers can use this to help them gather deep insights into exactly which organisations are reacting to the messages, how they are reacting and most importantly when and why they react. He will then show how we can use this intelligence to:

  • Understand which marketing initiatives have the greatest impact in the market. The campaign that drives the greatest volume may not be the most valuable once you consider the relevance of who is reacting to a message.
  • Directly link outbound campaigns to revenue generation across the business.
  • Demonstrate the value of all marketing initiatives online and offline back to the firm.
  • Better control client referrals across partners with the intelligence from their website.

We do hope you can join us!
