How to define the best prospects and win the work that you want

pmforum Professional Marketing Forum

Dear Colleague,

How to define the best prospects and win the work that you want

As a member of the professional services community in the South West, we hope that your firm will be interested in PM Forum. Please find herewith details of the next event in Bristol. All our events are normally member only, but if your firm has yet to experience a PM Forum event, you may attend as a guest to gain a feel for the association.

The Event

This event will be relevant to anyone involved in business development, whether marketers or fee-earners.

With pressures to bring in new income it is easy to believe that it's a 'numbers game' – the more companies you target, the more likely it is that some new business will come your way.

But is that the right approach, given the constraints of your resources? How can you decide whether company A would be a better prospect than company B? How do they fit in to your business plan? If a prospect doesn't turn in to a client, how do you find others to ensure that you end up with a flow of new business?

This event explores how to make sure that your business development efforts are targeted on the right companies, focused, appropriate and will win you the work that you want – from the right clients.

We do hope you can join us!
