Sedgwick Wins Jury Verdict for Ghilotti Bros. in Construction Contract Case

Following a five-week trial, Sedgwick obtained a unanimous jury verdict in which our client, Ghilotti Bros., was awarded $1.066 million in unpaid claims.  (Ghilotti Bros. v. Monahan Pacific (Case No. 060168).) After finding that our client did not breach its contract and that the project's delays were caused by the owner, the Marin County Superior Court jury also rejected a $55 million cross-complaint by Monahan Pacific.
